Helgard's local specialist in extraplanar theory. He was studying Briste, an elven ruin rising out of a marshy area of the Brtov Sea to the northeast. He theorized the ruin was used to attune between different planes (allowing planeswalkers to travel between the planes for long periods of time), but has been deactivated at some point during the time the elves ruled the continent. He had led a few expeditions there with scholars from across the continent in years past, but was conscripted into Rissimo soon after it was wrested away from the local government and turned into an Imperial base. Supposedly, he was close to piecing together the ritual that would reactivate it.
